You can create an account at Ctiny for free. You can signup using either your email address or using Gmail / Facebook account

You can click the signup button in main page or use this singup link to go directly to the signup page. 

1. Click the signup button in the top right

2. If you are registering using your mail id then you need to provide your email address, your name and password. If you want to signup using Google or Facebook account, skip to step 3

Once you click Register Account, you'll receive a mail with the activation link. The account will get activated once you click on the activation link.

3. If you want to register using Google or Facebook, you can just click on Register with Google or Register with Facebook button
